Mr. G. H. B. A. De Silva is a Senior Lecturer (Grade I) in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya. He also serves as the University Webmaster and Director of the Digital Communication Centre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Information Systems and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Vathma Mihisarani Weerakoon is a Research Assistant for the EUS Project at the Digital Communication Centre. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Kelaniya and a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Hons.) from the University of Ruhuna.
